General conditions and our refund and return policy

Guaranteed quality

All your purchases via our webshop at are ruled by our general conditions. We guarantee the delivery of highest quality reproductions of works made by Master of Fine Arts Somsak Chaituch. Each reproduction is an original numbered part of a strictly limited edition as described at each product. To proof the originality you will receive a personal signed and numbered certificate with your purchase.


Your purchased reproduction will be send free of charge to any fixed address in the world. Reproductions are send unframed in a protective box or tube.


The copyright will always be kept with Somsak Chaituch the artist that made the original painting. You are explicitly not allowed to reproduce your purchase in any physical or digital form.

Refund and return policy

In the rare case of damaged delivery of your reproduction  send us a clear picture of the damage together with your proof of purchase to We will send you instructions how to return your purchase. After acceptance we will send you a replacing reproduction at no extra costs. If for some reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations you can return it and receive a 50% refund according to the following conditions. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you the 50% refund or in case of damaged delivery a replacement. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the address that is in the returned email with instructions.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
